Terms and conditions

Bookings

When you make a reservation we request a 40% deposit, within 1 week, on our bank account.
The remainder can be paid cash on the date of arrival, or by bank transfer/Paypal 1 week before arrival. 
We do not accept credit cards.

In case you make a reservation within 4 weeks before arrival the total amount should be transferred to our bank account.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival = 100% of the deposit will be refunded
If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days before arrival = 50% of the deposit will be refunded
If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival = no deposit will be refunded.

If you choose to cancel a part of your stay whilst here, you will be liable for the full cost of your stay originally booked.

We advise you to take a (cancellation) travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure time

Check-in is from 4PM and check-out at 11AM unless you arrange something with us prior to arrival.
For a late check-in after 11PM we charge €15 extra.

Children

Children younger than 3 years old are only allowed in the studio and apartment.
Please keep in mind there are no special facilities for young children, neither there is a dedicated pool guard.

Food and drinks

For reasons of safety and hygiene it is not allowed to prepare your own drinks and food in our kitchen and / or to consume in the public areas.

Conditions of stay

El Níspero Dulce is a place to relax. We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation when you engage in unacceptable behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Damage

Normally we don’t charge for minor damages but we reserve the right to make a charge on the customer’s invoice if the damage is significant. This is done by a separate invoice that you can use for your travel insurance.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas. 
If we find that you have been smoking in your room you will be charged a deep clean rate of €50.

Disabled Access

Due to the number of stairs at El Níspero Dulce, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or robbery of your belongings. Your accommodation is provided with a locked door and we recommend you ensure it is locked when you leave your accommodation.
