Welcome to Studio OLIVA, offering 30 m² of private space situated in the tranquil lower part of our property, ensuring a peaceful retreat with utmost privacy. This studio comprises a sleeping and kitchen area, a conservatory, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace.

The first section of the studio features a spacious King size bed accompanied by a comfortable armchair. Moving to the second section, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, oven, electric hobs, and a cozy seating area.

Within the conservatory, there's a bunk bed accommodating up to 2 persons, along with a relaxing corner.

The studio boasts its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath/shower, washbasin, and toilet for your convenience.

Step outside into the shade of the olive tree, where you'll find your private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, providing an ideal spot to unwind and embrace the serene surroundings.

Prices 2024

• The minimum stay is 3 nights in July and August and 2 nights the other months.
• For single occupancy no reduction is applied.
• The studio can be rented without breakfast. Please let us know and we make a nice offer.
• A cot is available for €10/night.
